Frame Structure

The frame of the pool table is made from specially designed twisted metal sheet measuring 140x40x2 mm. This special twisted frame has the capability to support five times the weight of the 360 kg marble load it carries.

Additionally, under the marble, there are 18 special jack systems on the frame that allow the marbles to be leveled with a precision of 20/1000.

Marble Structure

The marbles are 30 mm thick, calibrated on both sides, and each piece is meticulously processed. The marble holes are cut according to the standards of the Billiard Congress of America and the American Pool Association.

A total of 18 holes suitable for metric 10x50 mm galvanized bolts have been drilled. These marbles are mounted onto the wooden rail placed on top with metal washers.

Leveling System

There is a second leveling system supported by a metric 22 mm thick steel shaft in the legs. This system ensures the main body of the table is leveled precisely.

In addition, the table is balanced much more accurately with the 18 jack systems located on the frame.

Rails

The rubber rails comply with international standards and provide the maximum level of spin and speed performance required for billiards.

The ambient temperature where the table is located should not fall below 20°C or exceed 32°C. These values are important for both the elasticity of the rails and player comfort.

Under suitable climate conditions, the rails are covered by a 5-year warranty in accordance with international norms.

Rails

A wide range of color and pattern options is offered. Scratch-resistant laminated surface materials are preferred.

These surfaces provide ease of cleaning and offer long-lasting use. The billiard basket holes on the rails are processed according to the standards of the Billiard Congress of America and the American Pool Association.

Outdoor Furniture and Basket System

The laminated surfaces used in the outdoor furniture of the table provide both aesthetic appearance and durability.

Thanks to the custom-made plastic basket system, the balls are collected seamlessly from each hole. This system prevents the balls from getting stuck in the channels.
