Warranty Conditions
All products manufactured by Koraltürk Billiards are produced under high quality standards and production controls.
The warranty coverage only includes technical defects arising from manufacturing and workmanship, and the warranty period begins from the date of product delivery.
Situations Outside the Warranty Coverage
The following situations are considered outside the warranty coverage:
- Use contrary to the instructions
- Faulty installation, transportation, or storage
- User-induced physical damages
- Deformations caused by impact, scratching, and external factors
- Damages caused by moisture, water, sunlight, and environmental conditions
- Wear and surface changes that may occur as a result of normal use
- Interventions or repairs made by unauthorized persons
- Color, grain, and texture differences that may occur on natural wood and veneer surfaces
Natural Material Structure
The natural materials used in the products may vary in terms of color tone, grain structure, and surface texture. This situation arises from the natural characteristics of the material and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Technical Service and Inspection
Technical evaluations within the warranty coverage are conducted by the Koraltürk Billiards technical team.
In necessary cases, product images, video recordings, or technical inspections may be requested.
Limitation of Liability
Koraltürk Billiards cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from misuse, user intervention, or environmental factors outside the company's control.
