Installation and Delivery

All products manufactured by Koraltürk Billiards are prepared for shipment after undergoing quality control processes post-production.

1. Delivery and Transportation

Products are delivered according to the nature of the order and the scope of the project:

  • Through professional transportation organized by Koraltürk Billiards
  • or via a logistics company directed by the customer

are delivered.

All necessary packaging and protection standards are applied to ensure the safe transportation of products during the shipping process.

2. Delivery Options

Professional Installation (Turnkey)

The product is installed, adjusted, and delivered ready for use by the Koraltürk Billiards technical team.

Disassembled Delivery

Some products are shipped disassembled, and the installation is the responsibility of the customer. In this case, necessary installation instructions are provided with the product.

3. Installation Responsibility

In cases where professional installation service is not requested and the product is delivered disassembled, the installation process is the responsibility of the customer.

Koraltürk Billiards cannot be held responsible for performance, balance, or physical damages resulting from incorrect installation.

4. Delivery Inspection

The product should be inspected by the customer at the moment of delivery.

Any visible damages that may occur during transportation must be documented at the time of delivery. Later reported transportation damages may be excluded from evaluation.

5. Special Projects and International Deliveries

For custom production, project-based, and international shipments, delivery and installation processes are additionally planned according to project requirements.
